Rare Navajo wedgeweave "pulled warp" transitional blanket circa 1880. 49" x 69" Very few of these were woven and fewer still survive today. Wedgeweaves (in which the diagonal lines are achieved by pulling the interior warp framework at angles rather than in simply weaving a diagonal pattern) are among the most collectible types of Navajo weavings.  SOLD
